Messages and dreams- What do they tell us about our everyday reality?

“Can everyone channel?” I am often asked and immediately answer- of course! Every person is capable to channel, it’s only a matter of listening and recognizing the signs and messages given to us all the time.

“How can we receive messages then?” is always the next question being asked.

Well, there are several ways of getting the messages that I’d like to share with you, as I believe that channelling is another to create for ourselves the life that we always wanted.

Some messages come to us through visuality and hearing. Others come to us through our intuition and some of the messages come through the dreams we dream at night. Our mission is to stay open to the possibility of receiving a message from other dimensions and allow these messages to give us answers to the questions we have about life, or to keep us mindful of the things that occur in our everyday realities.

Once we agree to be open to the messages that come from all of these unfamiliar dimensions of time and space, we start to improve our everyday life and even take one step forward towards creating the reality we desire.

we can only consent to receive messages from light entities, angels etc. once we are capable to overcome any judgment, limiting beliefs and “grounded” conceptions that we used as our own during our lives, leaning on the ways we’ve been raised and educated. As I’ve already mentioned in my previous article What Is Channelling, channelling is mainly a more mindful way of living, that gives you the ability to notice the things happening in your life on a deeper level and so to create a life that is more joyful, peaceful and meaningful.

Concrete messages and spiritual messages

The messages we are able to catch with our senses are most likely to be concrete or spiritual.

When I only just started channelling, I used to ask the angels for proof, so I could tell whether I can trust the information I was receiving or not. I felt like I needed to understand the messages that were given to me through my senses. The proof didn’t take long to reach me:

At one time, I was trying to decide whether to sign up for a certain workshop that I found interesting or not, as I wasn’t sure if signing up for this workshop was the right thing for me to do at the time. Not long after I asked whether I should sign in or not, I had a patient coming to me for therapy. On her T-shirt, there was the sentence “just do it”, written in capital, big, bold letters. This kind of proof and some other proof that I’ve gotten during my life allowed me to trust the information I was receiving. Thanks to this information I could create for myself the life that I wanted and I invite you to start doing the same thing for yourself!

concrete messages- There are a lot of signs around us. I like to call some of them “Concrete Messages” because they are found in the things that we know and recognize naturally with our physical senses. These signs can be billboards with information that we find relevant, a random page in a book that its content gives us an answer to a question that we have and even ads on Facebook and Youtube can hold a message for us, as long as we are mindful for the information that’s coming to us.

This story I’ve told you about my patience with the T-shirt saying “just do it” is a perfect example of what I call concrete messages. When it comes to hearing, I can realize that the song that is playing on the radio answers my question, or maybe a conversation I’m having with someone revolves around a subject that I’ve been thinking about etc.

Signs from our body- Another way to receive concrete messages is by paying attention to what happens inside our body. Many times, a pain that we have can be a sign of some untreated issue that we carry, something we haven’t worked through. For instance, pain in the knee is a sign that tells us we carry a very heavy weight on ourselves and we better find what is this weight and why do we carry it. Another example is a pain in the hands. One of our hands symbolises giving and the other symbolises receiving. If we experience pain in our hands, we’d like to ask whether we’re in the middle of some inner dialogue that has to do with questions of giving and receiving in our lives.

Spiritual messages- Not all of the messages are received only by our physical senses of seeing and hearing. We also have spiritual senses which through them we are capable to see and hear, and these senses are another tool for us to get more information. It all depends on whether we are willing to be awake and alert to what’s coming to us from our angels. Our spiritual ability to see can show us visions of flashes, a person’s halo or even pictures that we can vividly see through our minds. Our spiritual ability to hear comes across by whistles we might suddenly hear, sounds of a high-pitched tone or even the sound of a whisper that makes us turn around and see who is talking to us. Noises that sound like a radio tuning process may also have something to do with our spiritual hearing.

Once we become aware of our abilities of spiritual seeing and hearing, we might get a bit frightened and start judging ourselves in terms of insanity or strangeness. We might even tell ourselves that it would be best if no one knew about that. The thought that we are capable of experiencing physical sensations that come from a spiritual being can be quite scary. Sometimes, when my channelling students go into meditation, they wake up and say they could not receive any messages because of some scary character showed during the session and made them stop. This is exactly when I show them the message that they did receive, but refused to take in because of the fear they experienced. It’s important to be aware of the situation where we’re judging ourselves because by doing this we are also ignoring the option that there is a message waiting for us to notice it. We need to allow whatever comes up to reach us. Fear might make us think that we’re only imagining or that the things coming up to answer our question are coincidental.

Inner certainty- Another important matter we are facing when receiving messages is our inner certainty. One day I was standing in the kitchen and cutting salad when I suddenly found myself thinking of my husband. I felt like I need to call him right now because he needs me. At first, I tried to avoid this thought as I didn’t find it realistic or related to the situation where I’m just standing in the kitchen, like every evening, and cutting salad. Eventually, I decided to call him and found out he really needed me.

When I’m speaking to people about their inner certainty, a lot of them claim that this is a tricky trait, as you can never know for sure whether this so-called “certainty” that is within me has anything to do with reality or not. I say that when we are mindful of the messages that come to us, we strongly feel this inner certainty and also we feel the urge to act and react. Sometimes we can sense certain signs that usually come with this inner certainty mode. Examples of such sensations can be tingles in the back of the head where the crown chakra’s located, shivering or a feeling like something is opening up within us. It’s important to notice these sensations and start to explore them when we sense them, as knowing them better might help us to recognize the moment before we receive a message. Then we have a better chance to listen to the message that is coming instead of pushing it aside, thinking this is just a random thing that we’re experiencing and doesn’t mean anything.

Dreams are a great tool for creating your reality

Many people receive messages through dreams, but if we want to be able to make the most out of the messages our dreams give us, we should know that there are three different types of dreams: dreams you dream at the first part of the night, dreams you dream at the middle part of the night and dreams you dream in the early morning hours.

The dreams that we dream in the early morning hours are the dreams that contain the messages that are the most important and relevant to us. Different souls can come and talk to us at any time during the night, which means that sometimes it doesn’t matter when you dream the dream that contains the actual message. It is yet more common that dreams that contain messages will appear in the early morning hours.

It is common to see the souls that are coming to visit us in our dreams carry a message for us. People tell me many times that they are not capable of receiving the message from the soul that came to their dream. I always then remind them that when a soul comes to visit us in our dreams, it is not angry with us. It’s only coming to give us a message that its only purpose is to serve our well-being in the best way it can. The more we let go of the fear of meeting the entity that is coming to our dream and the fear it might be angry with us, the better chance to receive the whole message as it is, without misunderstanding it or lacking some important details. Many times, the messages that are brought to us in our dreams by souls and entities, are very deep and meaningful and contain a lot of relevant information. Therefore, it’s very important that when we go to bed, we’ll remind ourselves that the purpose of every meeting with any kind of entity in a dream is positive and serves our good.

When interpreting our dreams, it is important to keep a few things in mind:

We should always give our dreams a positive interpretation. Dreams are a powerful tool for reality creation and they can only exist among our brain waves in the stage that is between sleep and wakefulness. This stage is one of the strongest stages energetically for reality creation which is exactly why we should always give our dreams a positive interpretation, so we can attract the reality that we desire.

After interpreting the dreams, we check whether we can give our dream an interpretation that is even more positive. The reason we do this is that we want to make sure we attract to our lives the best things that we can.

Do not ask any other person to interpret your dream. The best thing we can do with our dreams is to interpret them and keep them to ourselves. When someone else interprets our dreams, they interpret them out of their own experimental inner content. This person might interpret our dream in a negative way just because this is his native tendency, the trouble is that his negative interpretation might energetically affect the things that are attracted to our lives and reality. If we struggle to interpret our dreams by ourselves, we better ask for help from someone who we trust and who owns a somewhat positive attitude about his and others’ life.

Messages are around us all the time. When we take a mindful decision to start living with attention to the messages that surround us, we affect the life quality of ourselves and of everyone who is around us. Openness, flexibility, mindfulness and a positive approach are all necessary for us to be able to receive messages properly. If we’ll consent to embrace all of these traits, we will be able to create to ourselves the life we desire and much more than that.

More information about attracting your desired life and reality you can find in my channelling digital course. I’ll be lovingly waiting for you there.
