Website regulations – Rakefet Beka Moses
1.1 The website serves as an electronic store for the purchase of products by the internet surfers in Israel.
1.2. A prerequisite for the validity of the purchase is the approval of the credit card company of the transaction and for the collection of money. Or cash in the network store.

also holds true for the feminine gender.
1.9. Unlimited items of any product may be ordered per customer unless otherwise stated within the product detail.
- The right/competency to use the website
Any user who shall meet the cumulative conditions listed hereinafter may register on the website in order to preform purchases:
2.1. The user is competent to perform binding legal actions, in the manner and scope which correspond to the purchases he has actually carried out. The user hereby states and approves that he is competent to perform the purchases and that he is authorized to enter into an agreement with the store in their regard.
2.2. The user is competent to perform and/or has received the consent of the natural and/or legal guardians for its execution.
2.3 The transaction details made on the website, including the details of the offer and the buyer’s details, shall be transferred using an encrypted security protocol (SSL), which is customary in e-commerce, to the Company’s data processing computer. These details shall not be transferred by the Company or by the website operators to external entities, excluding to the credit card company and suppliers, for the purpose of completing the purchase transactions carried out by the buyer. Any information that will be provided or any content that will appear on any of the forums, does not constitute professional advice, recommendation, or an opinion of one or another. In other words, the responsibility for the use of information found on the forum is solely that of the user’s.
3.10 Cancellation of the purchase transaction by the user
The user may cancel the transaction made on the website in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter referred to as the “Consumer Protection Act”) or, conversely, replace the product against an equivalent alternative product or monetary credit, all as listed below: cancellation of the transaction within an hour from the moment the order of the items has been completed on the website and before the item has been shipped – shall be made via a phone cancellation notification to the customer service by phone.

- Product delivery policy
4.1 The product delivery will be made according to the customer’s choice. Registered mail shall be send within 14 Business days. Courier mail will be sent within 7 business days, self-pick-up from Rehovot or Tal-El shall be performed by appointment with Rakefet Beka Moses. The website shall not be held liable for delay and/or lateness in shipment carried out by a third party affected by force majeure and/or strikes and/or lockouts and/or non-responsiveness of the customer in regards to the shipment’s coordination.
